No user information is collected. We had an issue 2 years ago where AWS (Amazon) informed our team that the theme for our Wordpress website had malicious code. Within 4 days we resolved the issue and have been online since. I have had to get this resolved with Comcast, Avast, AT&T, McAfee so far and have been able to resolve this issue with these other parties. There is no reason this website should still be blocked.
