If the site was blocked in every country I could understand but just next door in Europe it is perfectly reachable in Austria which is a EU member. He or they wouldn't review and recommend illegal sites. The site even often takes down illegal or requested or iffy content and videos. They have a whitelist even so they are careful about only putting on what is ok. Please let's not take a step to some other countries like China with almost total control.
