The site is therefore being incorrectly classified by automated filtering systems because it discusses naturism and nudity in a lawful, non-sexual context. The Online Safety Act 2023 defines pornographic content as material produced “solely or principally for the purpose of sexual arousal”, which does not describe British Naturism’s website or podcast. We therefore request that bn.org.uk be reclassified and unblocked as a non-adult lifestyle/recreation website.”
