“We have within the past 5 months acquired, and started using, the domain hooplatix.com for our business. We are a Norwegian-based ticketing company with hoopla.no as our Norwegian domain. We saw that the domain hooplatix.com was available for purchase when we entered the UK market, and the naming made sense (Hoopla + tix, shorthand for tickets). After being contacted by a customer who tried to access our website through Vodafone, we have made the discovery that this domain has previously been used for adult content. We would like for our ticketing platform to become available for all UK customers, and therefore request to have our website reclassified, to ensure we are not being blocked on the basis of hosting adult content. We have performed all necessary steps to improve our standing with Google, ensure our emails are delivered with correct SPF and DKIM, etc.”
