“My business website, https://www.jamescoughlan.com, is being incorrectly blocked by O2’s 18+ content filter.
The site provides board-level commercial transformation, interim leadership and business advisory services. It contains no adult, harmful or age-restricted content.
We have confirmed that:
the restriction appears when accessing the site over O2 4G / 5G;
both Google sponsored and normal search-result visits are affected;
other websites from the same search results open normally;
the site works correctly over other connections;
the O2 interception page is hosted at assets.o2.co.uk.
This is currently preventing prospective clients from accessing a legitimate business website and may be causing paid advertising clicks to be lost.
