“Hi i am writing to request that our website be unblocked by mobile network providers for the following reasons. 1. We have numerous complaints from our customers whom are over 18 and vetted to prove this. They are unable to reach our website when using mobile date. Sadly this is not showing the message from the service provider explaining the adult filter etc and causes a blank screen. Thus many customers and potential customers whom are over 18 are not getting the information and help that we provide. 2. We are a long established company with a dedicated team to make sure our products are not sold to minors. The Cyber Helpline is a non-profit organisation who provide expert help and advice for victims of cyber crimes and stalking. This covers ‘revenge porn’ and as such, we have a number of resources on the site in the context of what to do if you are a victim of ‘revenge porn’ and how to report it. However, It has been brought to our attention by a number of users trying to access our helpline, that the site is blocked as a result of being wrongly categorised as a ‘porn’ site through their telecom provider (namely BT). As you can imagine this is quite concerning that users who need help and access to our helpline are unable to get our support due to the implemented blocks. “I have been a user of utherverse.com since 2009. It is a virtual world website. I am disabled, and at utherverse.com I can use my avatar to dance and do things that I can no do physically here. I am also married to very beautiful girl who lives in Munich, Germany... I have another computer that I have no problem accessing site, but the reason I need to use this computer-because my other computer is having problems that has turned out to be cheaper to buy a new computer....and this computer is that new computer. I realize others might consider this site as pornography...I disagree. It's a virtual world. My wife and I, like many others don't have sex there...why...it is ridiculous. And many others would agree. Since I have been a member since 2009 I have met a lot of people from around the world...I did help a girl in 2011 to not commit suicide . I spoke to her for 13 hours...and she is still alive today...
