“HEF Home is an e-commerce shop, offering a selection of homewares and interior products from around the globe. The website is hosted by Shopify. I am receiving reports from multiple customers who use either BT or PlusNet as their internet provider, saying that they are unable to access the webpage. This isn't an issue for customers who use different providers. The sit is not squatted, abandoned, unsuitable for under 18s or a redirected URL so I'm unsure why it has been blocked in the first place. Please could you look into this. Many thanks, Hannah”
