“Hello, I believe that this has been blocked in error in the last few months as the issue was brought to our attention by a regular donor who is unable to visit our site since their last donation at the end of September. I have emailed BT about this issue but have had no response so far. From looking at the reasons a site would be blocked under their 'light' rules and i can only think their 'drugs' filter has been triggered as much of our work is to distribute life changing pharmaceutical drugs globally to prevent or cure sight loss. The Cyber Helpline is a non-profit organisation who provide expert help and advice for victims of cyber crimes and stalking. This covers ‘revenge porn’ and as such, we have a number of resources on the site in the context of what to do if you are a victim of ‘revenge porn’ and how to report it. However, It has been brought to our attention by a number of users trying to access our helpline, that the site is blocked as a result of being wrongly categorised as a ‘porn’ site through their telecom provider (namely BT). As you can imagine this is quite concerning that users who need help and access to our helpline are unable to get our support due to the implemented blocks.
