“Hi, hope you can help. Our helpline site has been blocked by several networks. The Cyber Helpline is a non-profit organisation who provide expert help and advice for victims of cyber crimes and stalking. This covers ‘revenge porn’ and as such, we have a number of resources on the site in the context of what to do if you are a victim of ‘revenge porn’ and how to report it. However, It has been brought to our attention by a number of users trying to access our helpline, that the site is blocked as a result of being wrongly categorised as a ‘porn’ site through their telecom provider (namely BT). As you can imagine this is quite concerning that users who need help and access to our helpline are unable to get our support due to the implemented blocks. If you can help in any regards to removing the blocks or providing advice it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Beth”
