I was disappointed to learn that our site had been blocked, as we are aiming to be fully compliant and professional in our approach to selling a stigmatised product. I realise Marijuana is not age appropriate for under 18's. However, we do not sell marijuana, we sell CBD. According to UK legal consensus, there is no legal age restriction on CBD. CBD has been used safely in clinical settings for children as young as 4 years old. Nonetheless, we still employ an age gate in accordance with the recommendation of CBD trade associations in the UK. I noticed that there are numerous other CBD companies operating in the UK that aren't affected by a block, even though they do not employ age gates.
