“Our site is blocked by adult filters even though it doesn't contain any adult content. Amateur Cities is a publishing platform established in 2014 in the Netherlands by myself and Cristina Ampatzidou. We publish articles about urbanism, citizenship and innovation. Many of our users have reported that they couldn't access the content because of an adult block. It's very off putting for our readers that we are reported as a website with inappropriate type of content and undermines both trust and interest of our visitors. I am not sure why are we blocked, but I'd greatly appreciate if the block was lifted.”

“Good Afternoon. My name is Mathias from dotdigital's Abuse team. We noticed that the domain in question (ddlnk.net) is being blocked. We are an email service provider, allowing customers to use our system to sent opt-in email to their subscribers. The domain is used for link tracking in our system. “ Original Complaint: We are a blacksmithing school - we don't make weapons, we make utensils including Japanese kitchen knives and traditional shaving razors. We also teach sculpture, woodwork and leatherwork. Automated systems tend to block our site because they lack the nuance required to understand that cutlery makers aren't making weapons. “HEF Home is an e-commerce shop, offering a selection of homewares and interior products from around the globe. The website is hosted by Shopify. I am receiving reports from multiple customers who use either BT or PlusNet as their internet provider, saying that they are unable to access the webpage. This isn't an issue for customers who use different providers. The sit is not squatted, abandoned, unsuitable for under 18s or a redirected URL so I'm unsure why it has been blocked in the first place. Please could you look into this. Many thanks, Hannah”
