I've been hearing from quite a few people that they have had problems accessing our website, particularly on mobile networks. This has also been the case for me on EE. I realise that CBD is associated with marijuana, but the fact of the matter is CBD is NOT marijuana. We operate a fully compliant, and completely legal business selling CBD that is derived from hemp, the legal variety of cannabis plants approved for use in the UK. All of our products are tested for cannabinoid contents, and we can show they are well below the legal limit of THC in the UK (<0.2% THC). I was disappointed to learn that our site had been blocked, as we are aiming to be fully compliant and professional in our approach to selling a stigmatised product. I realise Marijuana is not age appropriate for under 18's. However, we do not sell marijuana, we sell CBD. According to UK legal consensus, there is no legal age restriction on CBD. CBD has been used safely in clinical settings for children as young as 4 years old. Nonetheless, we still employ an age gate in accordance with the recommendation of CBD trade associations in the UK. I noticed that there are numerous other CBD companies operating in the UK that aren't affected by a block, even though they do not employ age gates.
