The ISP's that have responded to our complaints yesterday have said that they are being given the information by a company called Symantec. We have tried to contact Symantec but have been left on hold, given unconnected email addresses and directed to answer phones. We are categorised by Google Play and the Apple App store as suitable for all ages. If someone would talk to us and tell us why our servers are being treated this way then we could take action but at the moment this is crippling our business. ”
