“I am writing to request the reclassification of our client's website, www.yorktherapycentre.com, which is currently being blocked by Parental Controls / Content Locking systems. We believe our client's site has been incorrectly categorised as adult or age-restricted content.
York Therapy Centre is a registered healthcare clinic based in York (5 Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicolson Link, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4XG). It has been operating since 1992 and specialises in the treatment of Peyronie's Disease and Erectile Dysfunction using clinically recognised, non-invasive Focused Shockwave Therapy.
The website provides medical information about these urological conditions and the treatment options available. The content is clinical and educational in nature — comparable to information published by the NHS and other healthcare providers on the same conditions. It does not contain any pornographic, obscene or age-inappropriate material.
The current blocking of our site is directly impacting our client's ability to reach patients who need medical help. Many potential patients searching for treatment on their mobile phones are unable to access our client's clinic website, which may delay them seeking appropriate healthcare.
