“Dear Team,
We are writing to request the prompt and immediate correction of the baseless and wrongful mis-labelling of our primary domain, winzogames.com, as a phishing website.
Who We Are
WinZO is India’s first and largest interactive entertainment platform, with over 250 million registered users. WinZO’s mobile application hosts close to 100 skill-based games like Chess, Carrom, Car Race, Puzzles etc.
WinZO offers content and services of the highest quality. We are a brand which has earned the trust, goodwill, and reputation of 250 million users. Our name is synonymous with India’s digital gaming industry. We are a household name in India and other geographies we operate our business in.
We freely list and distribute our mobile application on the Apple App Store. We are among the highest rated gaming applications on the App Store. It is preposterous and defamatory to suggest that we are a “phishing website”.
Irreparable Business Impact
We are unfairly and disproportionately impacted by your illegal and wrongful mislabeling of our primary domain, winzogames.com, as a phishing website.
This categorization has no basis. It is arbitrary, unreasonable, and is causing us avoidable and bleeding business loss, besides causing severe reputational harm for every moment such mislabeling continues.
These issues warrant your most urgent and immediate attention because several leading Internet Service Providers are being misled by your wrongful labelling, and are blocking our website across regions.
Our Ask
In the circumstances, we ask that you immediately appropriately label our website, winzogames.com, as a legitimate, trusted website.
If you have any concerns about correcting the plainly arbitrary, unreasonable, and illegal labelling of our website, winzogames.com, we would like to genuinely understand what they are, and are happy to meaningfully engage with your representatives, if needed.
Our rights remain fully and formally reserved.
With regards,”
