“This site gives only metrics about the public Tor network and does not provide access to it. It cannot be used to circumvent blocks, but can provide valuable data with educational benefit. Additionally, this site provides a view of the current state of the public Tor network that would allow for downstream blocking of the Tor network if desired by users. For example, parental control software can use this as an accurate input list to prevent circumvention of the blocks.”
