“Hi i am writing to request that our website be unblocked by mobile network providers for the following reasons. 1. We have numerous complaints from our customers whom are over 18 and vetted to prove this. They are unable to reach our website when using mobile date. Sadly this is not showing the message from the service provider explaining the adult filter etc and causes a blank screen. Thus many customers and potential customers whom are over 18 are not getting the information and help that we provide. 2. We are a long established company with a dedicated team to make sure our products are not sold to minors. We have a third party age verification process in place which we also manually investigate any new sign ups etc. We sell a product to thousands of Adults whom want our help and support and are thinking we have disappeared when trying to access our platform when using your service. For the small percent of underage visitors that may visit our website this is potentially harming a huge volume of Adult visitors. As we have already mentioned we have our own policies and system in place to make sure we are 100% law abiding and NEVER sell to minors. I would appreciate a response ASAP, i appreciate we are still in lockdown and this may cause delay, but having looked at the data showing the amount of mobile users that are blocked from our lawful business i would like a solution if possible.
