To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express strong concern regarding the decision by British ISPs to block access to the website animetosho.org. This action constitutes a form of unwarranted censorship that undermines principles of open internet access and free information exchange. Animetosho is a harmless site that serves as a community hub for anime fans, providing links and resources for legal and fan-subtitled content. There is no credible evidence to suggest that the site engages in or facilitates illegal activity that would justify its wholesale blocking. By restricting access to such platforms, ISPs are overreaching and impeding users’ legitimate interests. Blocking Animetosho sets a dangerous precedent where decisions are made without transparent review, disproportionately impacting niche communities and stifling cultural engagement. Such filtering mechanisms are blunt instruments that fail to respect the nuance and legality of the content involved. I urge British ISPs to reconsider their position and promptly remove animetosho.org from their filtering lists. Upholding open access to lawful websites is essential to maintaining a free, fair, and balanced digital environment. Sincerely, Mahir
