“We sell CBD products and we are monitored by MHRA as a trusted program within CTA organisation. We are advertised in NHS magazines and most of our customers are over 50 and they have a problem accessing our website which keeps us busy all the time as we need to explain to our customers how they can access your shop. Many of them are just not into tech and they struggle to deal with their network providers to lift the age restrictions off their internet. Our site is designed to be bright, attractive and the opposite of what you might expect from something called death. It has no bad or rude content/language and our services are all free. I'm genuinely confused as to why it's been blocked so any help would be really appreciated. ”
