BBFC response

    Hello,

Thanks for your request.

The BBFC examined http://www.osvaldogatto.com.ar on 20/07/2021.

The URL leads to an Argentinian site which offers for sale fully functional
replicas of historical firearms such as cannon and pistols clearly intended
for use within historical reenactment pursuits. The website does not
encourage the use of easily accessible weapons. Based on the content
alone, we found no material that we would classify 18 under Part B of the
Classification Framework.

However, it may be possible that blocks are required due to the manner in
which the products are being sold, but as Part A of the framework makes
clear, that is not an issue that the BBFC can adjudicate on.

We will inform the mobile network operators of this decision.

Best wishes,

Jonny
