    Hello,

Thanks for your referral.

The BBFC looked at https://surfshark.com/ on 03/03/21.

We noted that the site offers a paid-for VPN service. The site offers
information on how to subscribe to the service and a description of the
features offered by the service. The website contained no promotional
references to illegal activity, nor did it actively include instructions on
how to use its service to commit an offence, or to avoid detection when
committing an offence. We found no material that we classify 18 in line
with Part B of the Classification Framework.

We will inform Vodafone - as well as the other mobile network operators -
of this adjudication immediately; usually, it takes about 24 for the
network to update their filters.

Best,

Jonny
