    Hello,

Many thanks for your referral, and apologies for the fact that this appeal
has taken longer than usual.

The BBFC looked at the website http://www.landmarkworldwide.com across
several days in the first week of March 2021.

We noted that the site advertises a legitimate and legal business which
offers a paid-for service which it markets as courses in personal
development. Under part B of the Framework, we found nothing on the site
that we would classify 18 or refuse to classify.

We will notify the Mobile Network Operators of this adjudication.

Best wishes,

Jonny
